Epsom salts are great for relaxation and for easing muscular aches and pains.

Magnesium Sulphate (Epsom Salt), Parfum, CI19140/15985/16035 Bio-glitter. Benzyl Alcohol, Cinnamal, Coumarin, Eugenol
DIRECTIONS: Add desired amount into a nice warm bath.
Hop in, relax and soak for at least 20 minutes.
STORAGE: Keep the sachet sealed between uses.
Our sachets are made from LDPE which can be recycled in store front recycling points. Check locally for home collections.
